Adventure Description
High Success Region 7 Mule Deer hunt on private ranches. Over 40,000 acres of private land. This is a draw hunt but with new draw rules, the outfitter was 100% successful in draw last year. Great hunt for solid Mule Deer 3 points and 4 points in the 20-26” range. Good spot and stalk and stand hunting in September with archery or spot and stalk rifle in late October through November. 4-day hunts. Accommodations are arranged by hunters at local hotels or VRBO (and we are happy to help) in Miles City and Outfitter picks hunter up daily. Not a physically difficult hunt. You can also make this a combination with Elk if you draw a tag and only pay if you harvest the Elk. Elk trophy fee is $8500. Elk in this country are migratory and when the Elk are on the private ranches, the Elk hunting can be really good. If you are doing a Mule Deer hunt you might as well have an Elk tag in your pocket too!
